Hi,

So basically the steering drop arm was not coming off so I attempted a bit of precision grinding. Unfortunately the precision part was absent so I ended up making a right mess of the end part of the main shaft; inclusive of both thread and splines.
The rest of the system is fine so I don't want to get a whole new box so I was wondering whether anyone could point me in the direction of somewhere that i could acquire one to? Failing that, if anyone has a knackered steering box (with a good main shaft) I'd be willing to buy it and make a good one out of the two knackered ones.

i dont think ive found any that wouldnt come off with the correct hammer and use of, i dont think sector shaft is available new and would be pricey ,some knowledge is needed to reset box
