Hi All

Got a problem with my 2002 Disco TD5. The vehicle seems to behave normally except for the following

After being on overrun going downhill the car does not respond to the throttle. After blipping, the engine responds but there is a whitish blue smoke from the exhaust and a smell of diesel.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Leaking injector ?

Does not appear to be a leak.

I will have a closer look

There does not appear to be a diesel leak.

It has got a lot worse. Fine when pulling, but take your foot off and there is a loss of power. Accelerate and you get the white bluish smoke followed by black smoke then it pulls away.

Somebody suggested it could be the EGR valve sticking. Will blank it off and see what happens.
