Just got a full set of polybush but when I put them in I was trying to put the rear radius arm to the axle and it won't fit because the polybush makes it too wide. I took out the metal sleeve and was able to put the rubber bits in tighter and it fitted but I then put the sleeve back in and pushed the rubber bit out a few mm. Any advise on getting them together better?

axle mounts if so just hammer then out a little

bend the axle mount slightly with a hammer, then fit bush and tap axle mount back and bolt up

Lube the bush inside and out push the sleeve in and then compress the whole lot in a vice. Hopefully that will allow everything to settle before you fit it to the axle.
