Bet you dont see this very often in your mirror's![]()
i've seen a police gaylander around ere so that blows your theory outta the water !
Well that's subjective. Gaylander 2 is arguably better for their needs. Better fuel consumption. Better road handling and adequate off-road capability.
No. Because here in the UK, they invest in better and more modern vehicles. Though obviously, that P38 isn't a real cop car.
ive seen nissan navara's, gaylanders and discovery 3 and 4's as police cars, i mean a discovery??? are the police getting unions involved with their working conditions and demanding more comfort!!!
Out here until recently the local police managed quite well with a couple of 20 year old diesel Renault 19's, No flash expensive graphics all over them either.
Would be handy to have some blue strobes and a siren so you could get home quicker from the pub.![]()
They have a little blue light and a siren
I have actually followed (on my motorbike) and photographed a UK traffic car lights and sirens going, traveling way in excess of the limit to get to Tesco's before they shut.![]()
The car belongs to a fellowmember on rangerovers.net: tjh2dUVA
He's made great upgrades on the car - looks smashing!!
