Best order some tape then. I can guess what will happen once I peel it back!

I was going to try and draw it in paint or similar. It isn't square, it has a very slight V-shape.

I'll take a photo with my phone but it looks a bit messy!
 
Especially for Alan. :)

From left to right it is 22" wide. The shape is actually like an arrow where the point is 1/2" above the horizontal. The sides are 4 3/4" long. There is a central cut out at the bottom which is 2" wide and 2 3/4" deep. That just leaves the 2 bottom edges @ 10" wide.

And at certain speeds you seem to get a harmonic that causes an awful noise. I hope that is what is causing it anyway. Will confirm once replaced.

All that dust and crap banging straight into the system cannot be good though.
