hi all
i know this has had extensive coverage but i thought id share my findings.
i bought 4 x 18in alloys for my range rover recently with 255/55 scorpions 2 of which were zero's and the other 2 s/t, i put the zero's on the front and it wandered really badly, so i replaced steering damper but no difference, i had a look round threads and founds zero's not getting a very good report so i swapped them round today what a difference.
problems i had
wandering in and out of tramlines m62 was the worst in the 50mph average speed area quite scary.
bad vibration from 65mph onwards.
accelerate it pulled right
decelerated it pulled left
all over the place driving over man holes.
braking was pot luck at which way it would pull
all of this is now gone!!
any body know why the zero is so bad surely there should be a warning that these are not recommended for range rovers!!
