Hi,
I noticed there are some pinky oily spots on the drive near where the front left wheel as been. Can anyone tell me what fluid it is likely to be? Steering or brake fluid would be my guess...

Power steering fluid

Brake fluid is clear/white, ATF is pink as used in the auto box and power steering box and that is the nearest to the L/H front wheel with the reservior on the R/H side either of these could be leaking, also it could be the gearbox oil cooler infront of the rad or it's pipework or the tempreature sensor.. who knows.

Front left wheel - most likely to be power steering reservoir leaking

Pink is the usual colour of power steering fluid and would be my guess - any drop in the reservoirs? NB. if you have the correct grade of fluid the power steering fluid would be green...

well it gets back tonight so hopefully I can have a look underneath and get some photos..

Had a poke around tonight. There is no obvious area where I can see loads of it dripping. I did have a leak last week and am wondering whether this is the remnants of that. I cleaned up what I could see the best I could and will have a look tomorrow..
