I have a disco 200. I have lifted suspention by 4inch, also fited a ajustable pinard rod. having problems seting it to corect length. Can any one give any tips on how to set pinard rod up ????

I assume yu mean panhard! Rod???

When yu lifted it you pulled the axle offcentre. You adjust the rod so that it Pushes the axle back to the centre of the vehicle?? Or put simply check your wheels are equal distance from centre.

Panhard rod centres the axle in the chassis.
Choose a datum point on the axle and measure the distance to the chassis rails on each side. Adjust panhard rod to make measurements equal.

panhard rod ,adjust till axle/wheels are centered with vehicle when not supported with jacks

Keep up FFS!! :D Am sure yu two just post to keep ya post count up :p :p

You will need to set the panhard rod about 4 or 5 mm longer than the standard rod.

Cheers
