hi
Could it be that my engine is just worn... i am sure if fuel in the engine oil is not doing any good to the engine ..
Is that caused by worn piston rings?? although the compression test shows me 10.9 to 11 bars , which is very good ?!

Secondly i am not sure if the gear which is under the drive dog coupling is set correctly. Could i be wrong??

The manual says the slot has to point towards that hole ...
This could be the cause why i couldn't set the timing properly....

I hope you can give me some ideas and explain whats going on

IF you have definitely got petrol in the engine oil (oil level risen on dip stick AND smells strongly of petrol AND has a lowered viscosity )
The first place i would be looking would be the mechanical fuel pump bolted to the block ..It's not unknown for the diaphragm to split and allow fuel past it and into the block via the operating lever that is operated by the camshaft .

And no petrol in the oil is definitely NOT good for the engine

The slot _should_ point towards the hole but might not if someone's redone the cam / head as getting the skew gear to line up correctly is an absolute **** of a job. It does
no real harm it just means your dissy might need to be twisted round a little.

Way to line it up if its wrong:

Disconnect battery ;)
- Fit dissy (make sure the slot is lined up with the key on the dissy properly). The key/slot are slightly offset.

- Remove rocker cover and turn engine over with starting handle until timing mark on flywheel is at TDC AND two rockers for for #4 cylinder (back) are rocking i.e. one is just finishing going up and other is just starting to go down.
- Remove dissy top and see where the rotor arm is pointing
- Slacken off dissy and turn until the rotor is pointing at one of the points in the dissy lid and dissy wiring vacuum are most comfortable
- That point is your #1 cylinder (it might not be where it says in the book)
- Fit plug leads going 1-3-4-2 anti-clockwise
- Now set up static timing with a timing light or whatever...

Thank you for the helps :)
So the slot doesn't line up with that hole.... That explains why I can't adjust the timing
I am going to line it up tomorrow then ;)
The thing is as it is a 24volt ignition system(ex mod), you can't just turn it at a comfortable position. Or the leads can't be screwed to the plugs.
