Has anyone ever done this? changed the way the engine meters air? removed the air flow meter and fitted map and iat sensors and the relevant box of electronics to convert the signal to one the ecu understands?

I have done it on my supra, Manifold Absolute Pressure (map) and an Inlet Air Tempressure (iat) sensors fitted to the inlet manifold sends signals to a 16 bit micro proccessor mounted in the cabin and that sends signal to the ecu! unfortunately this system wont work on a R/R

You would not believe the benefits of running without an air flow meter and going MAP, the improved throttle responce is worth it if nothing else!

So i wondered if anyone knows what system works on a R/R 4.6 V8?
