hi all , i have a problem with the rear pdc on my early d2 td5 , i have traced the fault to a faulty sensor [ it was squashed flat , bit of a give away] anyway i see the system is made by bmw and was wondering if anyone has the part number or make model of bmw they were fitted to , my landy is a 2001 , or if anyone got a spare to sell ? many thanks , mel

afaik early D2-s didnt have factory fitted PDC...so yours might be some retroffited BMW system, the genuine PDC which is on facelift modells is under L.R. brand and the sensor's part number is YDB000170PMA

hmmm , it looks standard , the ecu is bmw [ along with a lot of other things on it ] and a friend of mine had a d2 2004 , with an entirely different system , also the early d2s didnt have the switch on the dash??
but as we all know with rovers anything is possible !

yes there probably is , but i am away from home sat in a truck all week and i thought i would try to source one ,
it will have to wait till i get home , thanks seirrafrey i think you are right i have checked the rave and indeed it says from 2003 ?? this is possibly why i cant find new listed anywhere , thanks for youre reply discool , i will have to get another one out of the bumper and look for i.d. numbers, thanks both , mel
