Hello everyone.

Got my old 90 started this morning (yay) and noticed power steering fluid coming out from the hose under the radiator, must be split its quite rusty.
Could anyone give me a part number for this as all I've found have no pictures, is it the high pressure hose. All of the fluid is on the lawn now, so I had better not run her up in case I damage the pump.

Thanks in advance,

If it is stock, here is the info for the 2.5 NA, I think they are the same for the 2.5 petrol and 2.5 NA.

Evening, managed to get out and have a look at the 90 today, that hose is running from reservoir to pump, it's the top one. If it makes any difference it's a 4 bolt box.

Thank you for that Issah, now I've had a look I will see if they have the hose?

Thanks,
Lloyd

Phoned Mailorder parts today and ordered the hose and they said okay have it in tomorrow.
Then at 4 they phoned and said land rover no longer make it.
So now I'm in a bit of trouble.

I don't suppose that this hose will be under much pressure. I might be able to replace it with some flexi hose or braided?

If it's the hose that runs from the reservoir to the pump it is low pressure gravity feed.

On the pump it will be a push-on held in place with a jubilee clip.

Get a suitable length of hydraulic hose to replace it.

Issah I will give them a ring tomorrow, I only tried Mailorder parts as they're about 15 miles away.
Was that part a genuine part or pattern do you know?

Oldseadog thank you, if all else fails i will buy some hydraulic hose and do it myself.

I really don't know, that is the list and part numbers that I sent, what I needed to do PAS on my 90, those were from the LR parts manual, so maybe they have after market parts listed or original OEM that they can order. I think it might be both because one part is adwest.
