Hey ho, perfect thanks. Looks like it is a catch assembly for the quarterlight CPL 100251.
Found one on ebay but could I ask if there is a recommended supplier besides allbrit?

Just a word about Rimmers. Very helpful, most stuff in stock, all fine. Just so flippin expensive.
Now i'm basing this on parts for my series 3 so may be different for Freelander.
Don't get me wrong I have nothing against Rimmers and I wish they were cheaper because I live just across town from them and it would be so handy for me to use them all the time. It's just I've seen even small parts like bolts and shims that were 4 or 5 times as expensive as Paddocks. It's all Britpart whichever supplier.
Just sayin'.

Point taken ta.
Chose the eBay one in the end (still new) as it was a bit cheaper.
I'm used to having trouble sourcing parts for my Junior so this is all very nice.

I'm ripping out trim to see what's behind and clean up (more like fumigate. So I broke a retainer........not my fault honest. There is something wrong cos three others came out no sweat.
