hi all,

got a p38 4.6 hse with a removable swan neck towball

trouble is i need to tow a trailer that sits higher than my ball by about 3"

i am sure i have seen some kind of conversion that replaces the swan neck with a conventional towball plate thus allowing the use of a drop plate.

but i cannot remember where i saw it

any ideas?

tim.

Sure this is a dumb idea (but at the moment I can't see why:) ), why don't you just raise your RR on it's EAS until the ball is the correct height ?

its on the normal setting and its 3" too low

according to the manual the high settings shouldnt be used above 35mph(and automatically resets to the lower level above that speed)

is this correct or do you know of a way around this

i need to tow 150m
