i have a 1996 p38 got up this morning and tryed to start it the dash lights up but wont turn over with the key
no error messages are showing on the dash everything seems ok fuses ect just dead any ideas??

tryed the key code in the door everything is working fine , no error messages showen up

Have you checked the battery? These are exactly the symptoms I've had with a virtually flat battery.

i have checked the battery but i have since found a blown fuse
one of the big 30 amp fuse under the bonnet this seems to be stopping the car from starting and keeps blowing

i have found the problem
the car wouldnt do anything because the big 30 amp fues under the bonnet had blown, after looking what it was for? i found out it was the EAS pump fues it was dead, so i took it apart and found out the piston had snapped in half and jamed the pump hence the fues blowing, going to change the eas piston, part off ebay p38 spares £80 cheaper than a new pump thanks for you help guys
