Hi, i have a 2001 4.0 hse. has been working perfectly no problems at all.
drove home in it last night, and when i tried to start her this morning, all that happens is the engine just cranks over.
Have checked the ignition and i have no spark at all.
Any ideas?

on the rr v8 engine there are some electrical connections infront of the plenum chamber, make sure these are connected as mine wouldnt run with them undone!!

Hi PMC90254, I've just had exactly the same happen with my 2001 4.6 Vogue. Its been runnig fine, parked it up for 30 minutes and now it wont fire up, it just keeps kranking without firing. Sorry I have no answers for you but if you do manage to find out what the problem is, i'd be very greatful if you would share the knowledge.

also check taht its in N or P on the gear selector, i forgot the other day and left it in drive, spent ages trying to find a 'problem' and just put it in park and she fired up!!!!
