Hi All,

Well Its Turned out to be one of those Jobs, I changed the head gaskets on my 1997 4.6 last week and since putting her back to gether ive had nothing but trouble...

She starts and idles fine, but as soon as you start to rev her she will only rev upto 2500 rpm and then just miss fires and wont rev higher, ive checked checked and checked and can find noting connected wrong etc, ive also had in on a Hawkeye and not faults are found???? grrrrrrr anyone any ideas?

It is on gas butobviously this is doing it on petrol as ive not been able to drive it yet lol

Oh ive also changed the Mass Airflow Sensor still no joy..


HELP PLEASE!!!

I know someone who had a similar situation after new headgaskets fitted by a garage.

Turned out they had put the HT leads back on the coils in the wrong order.
