2001 P38 4.6

Replacing the battery, I broke the hose to the radiator overflow tank. Bought replacement. Putting the replacement on, I broke the point it connects to on the top left of the radiator.

What's my next step ('get someone else to replace things in future!')?

You could bodge it with a bit of copper pipe or something but it wont last! im thinking your gona end up buying a new rad
 
I'ts a pretty poor design as is prone to snapping if your not careful working around it, new rad needed i would say, you don' want to chance a bodge with cooling on a V8.

Thers a shocking amount of things on a car that cost equivalent £70k new that are of poor design
