I'm an amateur wiv a p38! Got a leaking power steering box and want to replace it wiv another from my old p38. Where is the bleed screw? Dumb quest but if I don't get an answer before tomorrow I'll just angle through a pipe and drain that way!!
There is a bleed screw - RAVE indicates a bleed process.
I was told by JamesMartin the system is self bleeding, and I have to say when I did PS work on one of my P38's I never bled the system and it worked fine....

Its basicly the same as freeing a pipe but cleaner as you can capture/ control the ATF better .
And good for draining for a fluid change
Bet many dont change there steering fluid I do
