Got my bush tool through today and it is top quality, the main hollow cylinder is tapered to compress the bush as it is inserted and the main bung has a spigot to locate in the center of the bush but is recessed so the tool oly pushes on the outer of the bush.
You can also insert the plate with the long spigot into the new bush as it buts up against the other spigot of the top plate so you can shove out the old bush as you press in the new one.
Seems the drag link needs to be removed and maybe the rollbar link (although if you can get to the bolts you might be able to swerve that one), also the highet sensor needs to be disconnected from the radius arm.
No mention of bolt cutting, just undo them, and from looking at the new bushes and bolts although a tight fit I can't see any issue with taking them out.
