Heating works fine when both temps are set at the same
but when one is different to the other the book apairs and im sure that the temp doesnt work properly
if i then switch off the engine and put both temp the same again all is good
it doesnt matter what temp i set them at HI / LO inbetween as long as they are the same

any thoughts on whats wrong ?????

One (or more) of the blend motors or the HEVAC unit itself. Sure way to check is to plug in to testbook or the like to see which is putting out the wrong or no signal.

pretty sure you cant have a difference of no more than 6 degrees of temp. so having the left on 16 and the right on 28 wont work.
