think they mean the air suspension there is a air bag at each corner with which you can adjust ride height for off roading ect, switch in the middle of the dash with arrows pointing up/down.
tell the garage you want the shocks changing and not the airbags! but to be honest they are really easy to change only 2 bolts on each shock to worry about.
i can,t believe a garage wouldn,t change the shocks,it,s not brain surgery.
download the rave manual go down to a tool shop and by yourself a half decent set of spanners sockets and do them yourself should only take 20-30 mins and believe me and most other members on here your new tools will get well used, unless you find a friendly garage you can buy shares in
if you cant change a fuse then get ready to do overtime at work, garages tend to up the bill a bit on range rovers and also alot of people are afraid to mess with em! most jobs are quite easy for the amateur! as said get yourself a half decent set of spanners and get on with changing em. you will save a boat load of cash that you can then use on other things like new tools!
heads are off and going for reskim, just got to take rad off and seperate block from box at the w/end and then i can get on with rebuild! hope to be running by w/end after next ready for new tyres, pc and tax n test!
you need to wedge it in, maybe even pull the block forward just enough to put a flat bar down and clamp it to hold it in place, it can also be done with a kitchen knife or similar from the plate with three bolts on it i believe underneath!
