The diagnostic connector pins on my P38 are looking a bit crusty, I would like to remove the pins from the plug to clean them up properly.

Does anyone know how the pins come out of the connector ?

Just get some switch cleaner and an old toothbrush and give them a good scrubbing. If they are worn or damaged too much, get one from a breakers with some of the loom attached and just replace it by using soldered joints covered with heat shrink tubing.

If i need to swap it, can get a brand new one for under 10quid off ebay. Will nip into Maplin's tomorrow and pick up some contact cleaner.
