Hi all
just bought my first p38,its a 2000 on a w 4.0 hse with lpg
im working my way through the little list of niggles one of which was the clock keep loseing time,i put it to bottom of list and moved on to something more important, the stereo was locked.so dissconected the battery and thought would check battery while i was there,i found the battery to be knackered (64%) altho if i hadnt checked it i wouldnt have known,no starting issues or anything else.anyway replaced the battery and as if by magic, the clock is keeping time, another job ticked off list
oh and the stereo works
i know the clock is alot cheaper to replace than a battery but a clock loseing time could be the nudge you need to check battery condition as we all know wot p38 are like if the battery dies
