C cliffman Member Mar 7, 2007 #1 Hi all, I recently had my 1995 P38 BMW diesel checked and have been told that I have a wiring fault between the injector pump and the ecu. How easy would it be for me to change this wiring and any suggestions where I might get this part?

clutchdust Well-Known Member Mar 9, 2007 #2 no need to change the wiring, find the fault and fix it. Changing the wiring harness is not a 5 minute job and is an expensive part.

Click to expand... Esp if its the bit that goes into the top of the pump - its part of the top cover,about £350 trade and needs doing by a fuel shop.
