truck goes in tomorrow hopefully this will solve the rough running on overrun and knocking and thumping through the drive train at low speed, should transform the vehicle if this is the problem fingers crossed and toes and testicles for good measure
will let you know if this fixes it,unlike many that get the advice and never let you know if it cured it or not!

Heya Roddy. Any update on this ?
Did changing the DMF fix your drive train problems when travelling at low speed ?

Well see as a DMF only has one function and that is to smooth the coupling from engine to transmission in high gears at low road speed. Then i assume changing it had the required effect.

well all is not well still waiting to get 2 gearbox bolts, dual mass flywheel has been a bitch,they have sent the wrong one 3 times and the same one twice wonder why the country is fooked, it is still in bits hopefully get it done by friday( note i didn't say which friday)
