none of the freelander 1's seem to have it
Mantamad replaced the clock with one that had external temp display.

That only works on the other side of the Atlantic.
For some reason they get to check the temperature in North America but we in Europe not.
Don't know about Australasia or Africa.

That's one thing that I miss from the P38.
The message centre gave all the information you would ever need.
That said, it came at a price with everything controlled by a Becm which was unreliable at the best of times and if it decided to throw a wobbly, the car went nowhere except on the back of a recovery truck
Given the much more reliable electronics on the Hippo versus the way over engineered P38, I feel that loss of the message centre is a very small price to pay !!!
