Hi all,

Please can anybody help me with this little problem, my outside temp is reading anywhere between 28 degrees C and 34 degrees C. I know its no where near this temperature here at the moment. I have checked that its not reading in degrees F. It is definatly degrees C. But the problem is that my blowers wont work correctly because it thinks its so hot outside. I woke the other day to find my RR completely cover in Ice but the outside temp was 32 degrees C according to my RR that is.

Any help on this would be great.

I think you probably need a new temperature sensor.

My fathers C5 has the same problem, it regularly tells him that it is 80deg C +!

It could also be your hevac unit going wrong,has it got the sensor around the front bumper area or in the scuttle panel,tiga
