just restoring a LWB chassis- worst i've seen apart from the front end which has 2 dumb irons and bulkhead outriggers replaced. However one bulkhead out rigger was welded on out of level with about 20mm sag to the offside. the bolt sheared off. Now do i spend rest of today drilling it out OR, do I buy another outrigger and replace? your views gentlemen....

Penetrating fluid, heat then knock it out and bit then back in turning the head too if that's there?
How much is a new outrigger?
I'm tight so anything more that £25 and I'd save it but I've lots of time little money.;);)

New out rigger about £30, Given it needs to come off for straightening and the door pillar/foot look bad I would say new.

I drilled it out- 3 and a half hours it took... the outrigger still had the Paddock spares label on the top- so today we can cut the outrigger and weld it in straight... Why do i do this? i am getting too old to play with Land Rovers....

That was an option we didn't consider..
Earlier today thought we had finished welding when the welder said "you're not going to like this.. I've found a hole"
