Hi, have just brought a 1985 90 which has non standard wheels and needs to put it back to standard for insurance. What are the standard wheels that fit this?

does that not depend if your posh wheels where factory fitted of main dealer when new ? it has always been that way when i have had new wheels fitted to a new car and i do not have to pay extra insurance. So as with the 300tdi now run , i told the insurance that as far as i was aware the wheels now on the 90 came like that from the main dealer back in 1996 ! and they just forgot about them and charge me the normal rates.
 
Hi, these are weller wheels i think so not standard so need to be change to standard ones, looking for a set of wheels and tyres.

I dont know where you are but you can have 5 standard steel wheels in good nick for free if you can collect from Dudley
