Hi to you all.
Newbie here and could be doing with a bit of info please.
I own a 2001 disco td5 and yesterday the oil light on the dash would flash on for a split second now and again.
Ran it into a local garage and my oil was a tad low...topped up as necessary and all seemed well till today....same again....oil light flashing now and again for a split second....any ideas guys.

It's either one of two things. Electrical fault ie: sensor faulty, wiring earthing down, or you have little or no oil pressure.

I'd advise putting a wet gauge on it to see what pressure you have.
