Just off to go and look at a 53 plate Range Rover Vogue, 106,000 miles, what do you think................. Be gentle.

We'll went looking and got to say was hoping to fall in love with it but came away a bit disappointed, few things didn't work and the ride wasn't as good as I thought it would be but it hadn't been through there workshop yet just washed and cleaned, they said they. Would make sure everything worked before we bought it.
Off to look at some others today to compare to know what good and bad looks like, looked at another one on the way home yesterday, it was dearer less miles pictures looked great but in real life it was quite bad which made the first one we looked at with more miles and a little cheaper a lot better..........

Be back later with an up date...............

Yeah keep looking, until you find a good one.

The couple I've been in have been absolutely brilliant and really looked after.

I sort of don't see the point in buying a luxury vehicle that hasn't been looked after and dosent feel luxurious. Lets be honest you don't buy a range rover for its fuel economy! its a status thing.

Well, looked at 2 more today, first one was a vogue but very average, 85000 miles, 03 year, drove quite nice and better than the one yesterday but didn't love it looked plain and boring. Second one was 04 done 77000 HSE, not mint but not bad, drove better and ride was much better but a lot more money.

Will keep looking and trying different ones to compare.

Not a status thing just want something nice of a change instead of making doo.

Thanks for the offer Deasy but it needs to be on finance. Are you far from Grantham ?

Bout an hour 20 from Grantham. :)

Just be aware, the milage you are looking at is gearbox time milage.
Look for one that has had the box done or budget to do it

Just spotted location, Warwick, Doh. Thanks for the advice, been looking and checking different posts, a lot concerns me but SWMBO really likes them but she isn't the practical one I am and it's me that will have to fix it to, but do quite like them myself.

I love mine. It's the best vehicle iv ever owned. I'm only selling it as I work away a lot. And when something does go wrong when I'm away it leaves the misses not only stranded with the littleun but also then without a car until I get back to fix it.

Everything that has gone on mine has been reletively easy to fixyself which keeps the cost down and it's all wear n tear stuff.

But I don't drive it much so got something newer and more reliable and cheaper to fix.

If it was just me driving it if be more than happy to keep maintaining it. I'm just not around enough to do so
