Hi

Rear offside window has stuck in closed position. I have remeoved the door panel and it would appear the cable has broken. How do I lower window to relaease glass from mechanism so I can replace cable etc.

Forgot to mention 2002 TD4 Freelander GS 5 door.

Hi Just joined and am looking for a detailed solution too. I have removed the panel no probs but how the... do you do a cable replacement from here. I have seen posts telling how to replace cable but how do you get the motor out? Do you need to get the motor out? Its a TD4 55 reg. I need a step by step if anyone can spare the time please. I have seen a post from Chris T oct 08 telling us he will post some pics.

Download the rave cd. You will find alot of info there to allow you to fix your freelander.
