I presume the new injector 4 was new ?? And connections clean and untapped by air intake manifold

i have an add on chip on it that is ajustable and it has a red light on it that flashes for ten seconds after the engine has started and stays on all the time after that untill the enginme is switched off but i think it has gone caput as its not lighting up at all so coud it be a short in that thats causing it to be guttless??

i only looked this afternoon too see if i could turn it up abit to give it more power only to realise its not working else i would off mentioned it earlier thank you guys for all the help and info
