Softly was the original mind set but I wanted the device asap and their website says 1-2 days but in this case it was not.

How about ending it on a nicer note to the bloke who you were dealing with, just a quick email and a small appoligy for jumping off the deep end a little and possibly tell him you will try his buisness again in the future as you appreciate this may have just been a small hic up in an otherwise reliable company, only a suggestion.Points taken, 1st post removed.
