Whilst I don't think any good will come of these petitions, I've signed it because without this kind of lobbying we'll only ever lose Lanes .... and there's always the minutest chance that something good may come of it.

I've signed it, but I go along with Paul...those muppets in goverment wont do sod all. I voted for Clarkson to be prime minister and nothing came of that!

I just had a look, its up to 209 now thats another 120 in 24 hrs. Great.

Thing is, if anyone in Parliament is going to take this seriously it needs lots more names. I only found it by chance, pity a few more haven't..

Fer **** sake.
The fookin Government didn't take any notice of 407,000 people travelling from all over the country to protest against the hunting bill, or 1.5 feckin million protesting against the Iraq war, so what makes yer think they'll take notice of a couple of hundred off-roaders clicking on a stoopid on-line pertishun.

Them stoopid feckin pertishuns are just a sop to the gullible who think they might actually make a difference, so that c*ntface Brown can claim to listen to the little people.
