Hi All,

I have recently bought a 1999 4.6 HSE, all was is good working order until this morning. Lowered the suspension to access when i parked up, and when i got back in to drive off suspension would not raise back to normal. The lights flashes as if its moving but stays flashing and suspension does not raise.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

OK, so there is no shortage of threads here relating to those symptoms so would encourage you to do some basic research first. As a starter for 10 have you checked if the EAS pump is actually running? If it is disconnect the blue pipe and put your finger over the end. You should not be able to stop the airflow with your finger. If that is ok - leave the drivers door open for 10 mins and let the tank pressurize. Close the door and see if she raises up.

Good advice JT.
Otherwise, check all doors/tailgate are shut properly then try switching heights manually.

Apologies for the hasty thread posting, in future will search threads properly before panic posting.
Just left the door open for 10 mins as you said, and the suspension raised back up as it should!
Does this mean there is still a fault somewhere or this this common?

Apologies if I'm asking daft questions....

Or it coul be a worn compressor ?.

burry mine has worn the piston barrell , so new referb complete kit or whole compressor for £165

Thanks for the advice guys,

Ill give everything a proper going over on the weekend and check for leaks etc

But at least i'm off the ground for the minute :)

thanks again
