hi iv joined up here as i have decided a series 3 landy is my next vehicle to tinker around at back in ireland when im home(drink tea and read the haynes manual )
im set on a 3 1979 or older and it has to be a diesel,dont mind either the 88 or 109 i am aware of the chassis and bulk head problems suffered,is there anything else i should watch out for?
im hoping to spend around 1500stg

Welcome. Watch out for everything really. Solid chassis and good bulkhead and yer laughing.

A diesel S3 is very slowwwww. Never bothered me, but it might bother some.

yea i have heard that dont exactly burn rubber im not bothered about speed just a real 4x4 something i can put the dog in chainsaws a general work horse and mainly some old fashoned raw mechanics rattle bang go anyhere
