Good morning friendly Landy owners. I want to add the fuel cut off inertia switch to my 1968 fuel injected TR5 (don't laugh) and bought a switch off Ebay as it looked perfect for the job. My mistake was assuming it would have lucar connectors but alas, it needs the plug for me to hook it up that is part of a loom (unless I solder some lucars onto the connectors).

Preferring to do things properly, does anyone have a spare plug cut from a loom with a couple of cm of cable so I can make a neat install in my Triumph?

Before I scour the breakers, I was hoping there would be someone here who might have just the bit kicking around. I don't know if Landrover use that connector in other parts of the vehicle too.

The part I have is a WQT100080 I believe for a Defender and I'm looking for the plug/short length of cable attached as shown in this image:

Can anyone help or point me to the right forum to post this in?

Many thanks!

Answered my own question, posting here in case it helps others.

It seems this switch is a common part also used in Peugeot/Rover etc so a quick trip to my local breakers and a Peugeot 205 gave up part of it's loom for a couple of quid. They even threw in the switch :)
