hi, yea sorry it is a santana :( still trying to find out what the tie rod ends are not much info on net :)

ps-10 is the one that looks like a defender but has leaf springs isn't it? made somewhere in the mid 90's??

i would have thought they would be defender ones....... not really up on the santanas sorry

no problem m8 thanks for trying :) its a 56 plated santana ps10 And aparently the tie rod end is masive compaired to any thing a local Land rover specialist :S

thread size on main imput to tie rod looks to be an M24, i am doubting bespoke parts but it could be, Iveco eurocargo part may be? hopefully take the part off this weekend and get it measured up so we can source a replacement

The Santana PS10 is no longer made so parts could be fun? They are now owned by Iveco and called the Massif.

The Massif is essentially a revamped and restyled version of the Santana PS-10, which (like the Defender) is itself a derivative of the Land Rover Series which Santana formerly built under licence. The Massif is part of a joint venture between Iveco and Santana, Iveco announced in Madrid in May 2006 that it was essentially taking over the PS-10 product. Iveco already supplied the engine and drive-train to Santana for its PS-10 model so this seemed a logical progression.
The Massif is currently produced alongside the Santana PS-10 but due to their similarity it is unclear whether the Santana variant will be phased out and will be replaced by the Massif. Industry insiders[who?] have suggested that this is unlikely as the Santana PS-10, like the Massif, is also new to the market and seems to be intended as the main model for Santana.

The modern ones do not use any LR parts and there will be no commonality on parts.

Good pieces of kit, great engines and almost defender ability, the leafs on the back end seem to be the down side? but still very good.

Only other downside is they are made all steel! So rust can be an issue.

From what we can measure (it still on vehicle) a =M10(aprox) C=M20

Would be greatly appreciative if some one has any info on this???? and thanks for all the info given so far!!

for any one thats interested we found the part (euro4x4parts.com email the guy if any one else needs any thing) but decided that €70 + delivery for a tie rod end and 2 weeks of solid searching this isnt the right car for him and sold it and is now on the look out for a landy 90

Don't I just know the Problems, the vehicle is a Frankenstien's monster when it comes to parts, it's parents are Ford, LandRover, Suzuki, Iveco, to name but 4, the swivel housings are far larger than the Landy ones, I have been told by some one who used to work at an agents, that although the clutch assembly looks like a standard Landy part it isn't, as a non Santana one will burn out in about 50 miles? track rod ends Humm would be really interested as to what the Euro4x4parts guy specified them as or knew what they where common to?

I Was hoping that owners would have got together and set up a forum to share information on sourcing parts, as the guys who were ( don't suppose they still are as Santana Spain have now closed down) the agents here in Scotland used to charge human body part prices for things that you could source elsewhere far cheaper if you knew what you where looking for.

So if anyone out there knows the manufacturer for any parts I would be grateful for the information, and would also be interested if any one has a wiring diagram/ workshop manual that they give me a copy of especilay if it's on disc.
