Language is not the problem they all speak good English in the parts department...they just don't understand the concept that they need to carry stocks of parts...last year went for upper damper bushes for a RRC they had 1 in stock in the whole of Portugal FFS what use is 1 when there's 2 to each damper...

Their answer would be not in stock it's a deleted item.. like the champion plugs for my 101...went to local parts shop he said only Beru available will be in next day... went to collect them and got a box with Champion correct plugs he'd managed to source overnight...

Suppose it’s different for you. My RR gets whatever keeps it going, no desire for OE authenticity. 101s have to be on the rare list these days??
