You can't just cut the springs as the final coil is formed with a ground off taper to provide a 360 degree contact with the spring mount.

I would like mine higher but it is on coils too. Maybe I can use one of those set for the defender or another previews model

Will a 275/70/16 tyre fit? I think, this size will looks good on a P38. What do u guys think?

I think that was the size Brit put on his P38 and he had no probs, filled the aches nicely they did with no fouling.

Yeah, thats what Im thinking. The high profile sidewalls makes it fills the arches nicely
