Hi Chaps

I bought a 93 Landrover defender it was an ex County turned into a crew cab. I work abroad and wanted something that would be happy sat there getting a run out once a week being ex forces decided on a Landrover. After trawling different places I found a nice one on eBay, and after a few e mail exchanges with the owner decided to buy (against my better judgement). Well bloke turned out to be a liar, (also ex forces) so after parting with best part of £8k, I now have my pet project which I do love. Mechanical wise I am reasonably competent however body work alas no. My first job is the corner panels of the bulkhead need doing. Rest of the bulkhead seems very sound. I am after a place around the Newcastle area to get this done and a rough price.... Any suggestions. Many thanks and I hope this is the start of a long friendship.

I am unable to take pics as I am in Libya working at the moment, I am home next week I will post then, in the meantime can anyone reccomend a good body repair shop who deals with Landrovers in the Tyne and Wear region. Plenty of old series 1 and 2s kicking around in the sand out here Ill try and take some pics
