Afternoon all. At the end of this month I will be upgrading from my freelander to a p38 1997 vogue 2.5 auto.
It has been converted to springs which I'm not a huge fan of. The compressor and driver pack are present and just unplugged. I think it has had a decent kit on because I think its had the module added. It says manual eas when you turn it on. Aside air bags is there aanything else I would need to put it all back. It looks like it has plugs for sensors or something near the springs? I believe the compressor is OK. It was damaged air bags I think.
Also it struggles to start when hot. I know this is a common fault with the BMW engine but what actually causes it. I can't seem to find out. I know there are fixes but it just seems like a cover up to me
Cheers. Greg
