Not really an introduction as far as Adrian Flux goes, but for me, as the new face behind the posts, it is.

As some of you may have read elsewhere on the forum, the team that works alongisde owners clubs and forums is currently expanding. On that note, I will be online throughout the day to answer any questions, resolve issues and generally participate in the forum.

So if there's anything I can do don't hesistate to give me a shout, whether it's a complaint, a question or just a general chat.

I know what Adrian Flux can do, it can go #### itself thats what. Used them in the past and a proper shower of tossers. Ahhh thats better. Thanks for hearing my woes:)
 
In regards to my stance on the forum, I'm not here to defend Adrian Flux as I completely appreciate that insurance companies do make mistakes and it is ultimately the clients that suffer, and with that I expect complaints directed at me as the companies representation.

However, I will try my hardest to ensure that any problems are rectified, either by myself, or I will delegate it on to the required department.

Dan is still around posting on other forums, but as I said, we are now dividing the work load between a number of us so that we can be more effective for you all.

And with a father that's an ex paratrooper I'm rather used to a good ear bashing

I'm with you for both my cars but ****ed me off I have to keep the lr on the drive not changeable and wasn't told at the time of taking the policy out and wanted a ridiculous amount after to swap so now I have to fukc about moving all my family's cars around :mad:

so mr ed ,

are you going adopt the same procedure as dan and take the info away and promise to leave feedback on the forum , then when asked about it never comment just hang around on the thread acting dum !!
this could be a good chance for you to make a good name a flux on here but at precent its doubtful !.

Having someone who will only post the ''coporate approved'' replies is something that annoys me, so I'd certainly avoid doing it myself, although I do have to apply a certain level of diplomacy at times I'm sure you can imagine :D

Why can't I leave my Landrover on the road when I live on a dead end with no traffic :/ if the wanna knick it they will anyway :/

As long as the people that I talk to are happy for me to post the details on the forum then I'll do so.

In regards to making a good name for AF, the thing that's most important to me is making your lives easier, and that's what I'll look at doing first and foremost.
