Perfectly safe as long as the transfer box is in neutral.

Even worse. The p38 has power brakes not just servo assistance. Fully charge the battery and leave the ignition on if being rope towed or you won't stop.

Rear won't work without power but fronts will. Although having legs like the Hulk helps. Hand brake always works pretty well.
