Thanks tommo, but i just got one from Ebay for just under £30 all in new, the more I read about it, the more it seems that could be the most likely cause of the problem ( well I hope anyway)

btw i did take it off and clean it, not much to clean but i did it and gave it a good squirt of electrical fluid up its jackcy (it don't like it up em, Mr Mainwaring) put it all back, didn't make any difference at all, so going for the new one now!

Ok got the part (from Spain) but gona ft it at the w/end ( i would rather do it in the daylight and spend time doing it) although its only a few min jobby and then i'm hoping that will sort it out
 
Gonads..... its NOT the MAP, don't know what to do next i'm stumped, put some injection cleaner in (just in case) not a sausage
 
Fuse...is it 39 (under the bonnet 10 amp) if so that's fine

I would sat not, as after 3k revs its pulling fine no problem even with kick down, apart from pulling off all is fine, changed the filter just a few months back

Still worth checking, if you habitually run with a low tank it may have developed algae growth, a black slime that blocks filters and pumps.
Is it auto?
 
Its auto, i put Isobutanol in there in to get rid of any water in it anyway (it attaches to the water molecules and burns them off with the diesel) some scientist m8 of mine I know told me about it and gave me a bottle, you put a small cap full in the tank every 4 or 5 months so it keeps all the crap out
 
The pump is fine in the take, just put a new one in last week, and heard it prime, the tank looked fine, nice and clean inside (looked as i did the new pump) anyone have any other thoughts?
 
I looked at the pipes last week, took them all off and gave then a nice squeeze (ooh arr misses)

Are you getting boost? Get someone to rev engine and squeeze turbo pipes, when engine is revved they should noticably inflate.
 
Yea i did that last week, so that all seems fine, might have to take it to an independent and see what he thinks
