evening all, hopefully my rear sls problems should be sorted soon as the dealer took it off to day to go on testbook.
recently got my self a nanocom as i read in threads of their ability to do all the things on the td5, slabs and ace etc,
arrived the other day but when connected in the stand alone mode and via a laptop it will not connect.
error message cannot initialise communication with the ecu or ecu not responding,
anyone know if its a glitch or could it be faulty?

Have you got the key inserted in the ignition and, depending on what you are looking at, the ignition turned on and/or the engine running?

morning weegie, got the key position two and tried it in all modes.
it will not even display figures in instrument mode.

Are you plugging it in before or after turning the ignition on? Do you have the old style Nanocom or the new style?
