Hi.
First of many questions.
When viewed from the front my disco 2 td5 appears to have the passenger side rear wheel protruding around an inch or a little less than the drivers side. It's had the ace delete,appears to have been raised 2inch but do not know for definate. Any ideas or am I over thinking....

Has someone fitted wheel spacers in the past and left one in place? look for a spacer behind the wheel between it and the hub on the drivers side if that is further outboard.

are they std wheels? or aftermarket? do they have the same offset on all the wheels?

My old defender did that after I'd smacked a telegraph pole and bent the chassis just saying like.....

Standard wheels,no spacers and hopefully no previous lamp post hugging!

Just measure and the whole axle appears to be 1.5cm over to the n/s. That's against the body and chassis for the measurement.

Ooops.

Sounds like you need to get it on a lift to see if anything is noticeably amiss.

If it is out aginst both the body and chassis it would suggest a axle alignment issue? The zig zag bars centering the diff ever cause issues?the arms them selves and all suspension components look ok. The only thing it has had is a n/s/r stub axle as the bolts were loose on a previous mot are therediffering sizes etc?

Well I have put it on my ramp at work and all appears fine but when putting a straight edge along wheel to body it would appear the body appears misaligned ie over to the n/s front and back. Is there much scope for adjustment?

the watts linkage is what keeps axle centered, as do panhard rod bushes, body is bolted to the chassis there is room for a little error there

The front seems equally out as the rear maybe suggeting a body alignnent issue? How much scope for movement or adjustment am I likely to find. Looking at probably 1.5cm which maybe more than I would be able to adjust I would imagine?
