Hiya, my n/s door lock won't lock with the fob but will with the emergency key. (Freelander 2 10 plate) I've found a part and wondered if it's what i need? Any advice regards this matter would be great. Thankyou as always

It's most likely the door lock motor. Unless there's a problem with the wiring to the door lock motor.

Is the part I posted a picture of the motor?

That is a door lock motor or actuator.

hi I hear there a sod to do you have to take the window out to get to the lock. Tell us how it went .
